What we collect

When you join the product update list, we save your email address, your consent and its timestamp, and the campaign that brought you here. We count page views by day and campaign without advertising cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. Page views are not unique people.

Why we use it

We use your signup to send occasional HaloDrain development updates and release news, and to understand interest in the project. Your email is not publicly displayed. We do not sell update-list contact information or use it for unrelated marketing. Information is stored with our website hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers.

Security and retention

The site uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address in the signup database. Hosting providers may process network information in their operational logs. We retain your signup while we communicate about this project, or until you ask us to remove it.

Leaving the list

You can unsubscribe or ask to view, correct or delete your information by emailing sales@halodrain.com from the address you signed up with. We may need to verify the request. Joining the list is optional.

This notice covers the product-development website and its email update list.
